Calithena's Campaign Compendium 51 times.
How about Dhar and the Art-Book?

I too would like to know the print run or the Art Book and I was also wondering what the total number books were sold in order to win first place in the contest.

Not that many, afaik. I'm surprised no-one else clicked to the possibility of obtaining books effectively free of charge for the cumulative purchase price required to win vs. the "refund" for first prize. Just as well, perhaps?  |

59 copies of Art of the Old School sold. We each sold 29 before the end of the contest and then someone snagged another one from Myth the next day before he took it down.
