As far as I know, it's a somewhat short list. 7009 Gangbusters Boxed Set * Rule Book (Rick Krebs with Mark Acres and Tom Moldvay) * Introductory Adventure = "Mad Dog" Johnny Blake (Mark Acres) * Ward Map of Lakefront City (fold-out 17"x11") -- Side One is in color -- Side Two is in B&W * District Map (fold out; I'm guessing 34"x22") -- Both Sides are in color * Counters (I don't have these) 7901 Module GB1 Special Campaign Module "Trouble Brewing" (Tom Moldvay) 7902 Module GB2 "Murder in Harmony" (Mark Acres) 7903 Module GB3 Special Campaign Module "Death on the Docks" (Mark Acres) 7904 Module GB4 "The Vanishing Investigator" (Mark Acres) 7905 ?? 7906 Module GB5 "Death in Spades" (Tracy Raye Hickman)

I almost forgot Gangbusters: 3rd ed by Scott Haring (1990).
So ... if the 3E version of GB is supposed to be the same stuff only in a single booklet, how is it that Scott Haring's name replaces those of Rick Krebs, Mark Acres and Tom Moldvay? Strange.

That is a good question that has yet to be answered by WotC. And the best legal advice is for me to offer no comment at this time.

Thanks coffee. There goes Finarvyn, trying to stir things up ;-) Well, I didn't dream the name Scott Haring but got it from Amazon.com's entry for Gangbusters. Since I don't own 3E, I assumed amazon would be a credible source. And it's always fun to stir up trouble when you don't know in advance that it's trouble. (Although I suppose I should have guessed that something was afoot.) A surprise for me, teeth-grinding for you.

I have 1E of Gangbusters. Is 3E much different? Same thing, as best as I can determine, but I don't have 1E. I read somewhere that they combined a Player's Book and GM's Book into one volume and called it 3E. Does that match the 1E books you have?
