I wanted to ask a question for Calithena that I think would benefit the rest.
For example, a room description could say:
"Dining Room:5 Ghouls eating the putrid flesh of a not so merry adventuring party are found herein".
And then I put no statblock whatsoever about the ghouls.
I mean, if I'm using a new monster or a modified one, I would obviously present a statblock for the referees, but given the multiplicity of systems people who buy Fight On! play with, would it better to just let them use whatever statblock of whatever game they play for those classic, old monsters?
Just a though.
Of course, I will comply with the demands of the zine. After all, OD&D-like statblocks are very short.

I think you can leave out the statblocks for Golden Oldie monsters. If you have lots of new monsters it might make sense to statblock everything for uniformity, but if you're mostly working with the classics I don't see anything wrong with this format. It saves space, for one thing.

I for one prefer no statblocks. ;D
