In Greyhawk, the region north of Blackmoor is called the Land of Black Ice. Is this purely a Greyhawk creation, or does it have a Blackmoor equivalent?

It was a part of the TSR/Gygax to purge Greyhawk of anything Arneson.

That is too bad though. Did you have any ideas for the lands north of the lands of the Skandaharians yourself? Or the extent of the Skandaharian Jarldoms?
