This was a really good talk. I especially related to how you mentioned feeling elated when Erol Otus did a cover. His Basic set cover was the first piece of D&D art I ever saw. I did a little work on the most recent Swords & Wizardry rulebook last year (to which he also contributed a cover) and seeing his name and mine on the credits page was surreal but incredibly gratifying. |

Thanks Mega. Erol is an incredible person as well as a genuine fantasy artist. I really can’t say enough good things about him. But yeah that was a total OMG I can’t believe this is happening event.
