A couple of technical issues facing the 'zine right now.
- Our website, which was a donated fan effort, got hacked at some point; the domain no longer belongs to us and can't be updated, although it still has the issues through #13. So hopefully at some point we can build a new website. If anyone wants to host (and probably, build) a Fight On! website, email Ignatius and maybe we can figure something out. Appreciate the generous impulse either way.
- We now have PDFs available on drivethru. Should we do print issues there? Lulu has been really great for us. Drivethru reaches a lot of people. If we did do print issues on drivethru, Ig and I might need a little help figuring out their design requirements. Drivethru takes a bigger cut of PDFs than lulu does, not sure what a print issue would look like, but as we're not a money-driven operation this isn't a big deal as long as we can keep the printed cost similar to what it is on lulu. We wouldn't want to let it go over ten bucks even to get it on a different site.
A more radical step would be doing our own printing and fulfillment, or going through a warehouse (we got a great offer from someone on this). This might bring the cost down more, but it seems like a lot more work. POD is no muss no fuss. Something to think about, but maybe not as pressing as those first two.
