Note: Though Lamentations of the Flame Princess (LotFP) has published some of my books, this post of mine is not self-serving since all of my books printed by LotFP are sold-out. That said... The U. S. webstore of Lamentations of the Flame Princess is running a sale of buy one book, get a second book for free. Details here: us.lotfp.com/store/I bought Adventure Anthology: Blood and got the Random Esoteric Creature Generator for free. With shipping, I paid a grand total of $39.73. The former book is a 335-page tome (with three full-color poster maps measuring 20" by 14"). Therein are reprinted five of James Raggi's 2009-10 works, all with a ton of new art by Kelvin Green: The Grinding Gear Weird New World Hammers of the God No Dignity in Death: The Three Brides People of PembrooktonshireThese early works are set in D&D Land, shifted towards the old Hammer Horror films of the 1950s and 60s (as distinct from the author's later works set in 17th-century Earth, plus magic). I reviewed three of the five back when they were new: dragonsfoot.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=38197dragonsfoot.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=38174dragonsfoot.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=39465Weird New World is an arctic setting. Hammers of the God is a dwarven-themed dungeon module. I think many of my fellows here on the OD&D boards might like these five works, even if they do not care for Raggi's later publications. Basically, you're getting five D&D books delivered to your door for a little less than $8 each, plus a free book of your choice (as long as it's one of the 31 other books that are the same price or less). I recommend the Random Esoteric Creature Generator, which gives you a lot of tables for generating unique monsters to throw at your players.

For any last-minute shoppers:
Today is the last day of the sale. According to James Raggi, the publisher of Lamentations of the Flame Princess, the sale will end "about midnight Los Angeles time".
I can vouch for the quality of the two books I received (see my post immediately above this one). The Adventure Anthology: Blood is a sewn hardback with a ribbon marker, tons of art (most in black-and-white, but some in color). The Random Esoteric Creature Generator is a paperback with full-color art throughout.
