With so many adventurers bringing in coin and gems taken from various monsters, how will it inpact the economy? I found this video that has some thoughts on the matter.
Of course, there's the question on how the players will react to this. Lots of them hoard their ill-gotten loot just like the greediest dragons.

I had an idea at one point of putting my equipment list into an excel spreadsheet and putting in a factor where I could toggle an inflation number that would change all of the prices. I guess I was thinking that a crew showing up with a lot of cash could make everything a lot more expensive.
I think James Garner's movie "Support Your Local Sheriff" is like that, where you see boards with prices marked out and new ones written in. For that movie, it's a gold miner town and when someone hits it big the prices go up.
