yep hope y'all had a great Turkey Day.
I prepped for a week and cooked for what seemed like 24 hours straight- and it was a good meal (if I do say so myself) and a great day.

Next year I'm going to prep, cook, and slice the turkey on Wednesday. Then I'm going to put it right in the fridge so I can eat cold turkey sandwiches (that thing that I really want) on Thanksgiving Day instead of having to wait 'til the morning after.
I'll bet someone's already doing this.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! It took a few days for my wife and I to recover and clean up after hosting (thus the late reply), but it was a fantastic gathering of family and friends. 😊
