Column Headers

One thing we need more of (everyone who contacts me about improving the layout says this) is stylized art headers instead of just Garamond 18 at the top of the articles. In a fanzine it will be up to individual authors to do this for their own articles, but maybe for the columns at least we could solicit regular ones from the general community.

Here are the ongoing columns I can remember now:

Artifacts, Adjuncts, and Oddments
Creepies & Crawlies (these have been Jeff Reints', but I don't see any reason we couldn't use this as the general name for the monster column as long as Jeff's OK with it)
Knights & Knaves

what else? Tables for Fables of course but it already has one of these.

Anyway, if any of you artists and designers want to take a shot at title art for these, feel free. Thanks!

One column width I assume? Although adding much more than just the type is going to be a challenge.

Yes, although if they are graphics they can be designed at any size and shrunk to fit.

Certainly no objection here on Creepies & Crawlies being a department name.
