I tried searching the site but my "search-fu" is weak and I'm not even sure what to search for. I know there were some rules supps published during the "OSR" excitement years back that covered chaos and horror rules/resources for OD&D. Off the tops of your brilliant minds here might you suggest one or more resources I can pursue? Many thanks in advance!

The old Ravenloft books included rules for fear/terror/horror checks. Just as an aside, I LOL'd reading your comment and then looking at your profile picture, which clearly is a visage of fear and terror!

For already-published works, don't forget Night Shift: Veterans of the Supernatural Wars! www.elflair.com/s/shopThe core book covers all kinds of horror and has rules for corruption, madness, and the like. The Night Companion Sourcebook offers a bunch of Lovecraftian creatures and expands on Cosmic horror elements.

The Realms of Crawling Chaos book is great. Nothing groundbreaking or must-have, but it's solid meat & potatoes with a super convenient presentation. It's probably the OSR supplement/sourcebook I've used the most over the years regardless of which system I'm running.
