I've created a set of random-generation tables, for use in hex-describe or an abulafia compatible table generator.
Tables are based on the Medieval Demographics Made Easy article, providing you with business/other info based on population of settlement, plus a tool to customize them for your own campaign. Instructions and examples are in the blog post and the tables/tools.
