Anything special about those keyed areas? Guessing they are most likely only relevant to someone’s campaign.

The map doesn't really correspond to Greyhawk's geography too closely, so my assumption is that it's a curious homebrew blend.

The key numbers could be anything, but with there being 20 locations and mostly in the mountains, it does suggest the wilderness encounters from S4 and WG4, but again, those aren't in the Barrier Peaks which aren't anywhere close to the Nyr Dyv
