Not the cool board game, unfortunately. But the Judges Guild adventure. Goodman is doing it up as one of their Original Adventure Reincarnated series and adding a DCC RPG version. It's not on my favorite list of works from Jaquays, but I know many here hold it in high esteem. OAR #7

I have mixed feelings. I know it was super-highly ranked in the Dragon mag's "top 30" all-time adventures, but this new version looks like both 5E and DCC versions and a two-volume set seems like a heck of a lot of Dark Tower. Maybe too much Dark Tower. Who am I kidding. I'm pretty sure I'll buy one anyway.

Finarvyn I'm of the mind the classics are classics for a reason and these new companies should just publish conversions and leave the originals alone. Of course the GG crew has been doing a bang up job of providing the original, publishing history/interviews/nostalgia commentary, as well as expansions. But FGG's recent treatment of Necropolis, for example, was really disappointing to me. Also many of the late 2E "return to" adventures and "the Liberation of Geoff" come to mind as poor takes on the originals. I have the original DT already, no interest in backing a new version/homage and so I don't have to worry about being disappointed this time. It is interesting to note this one is a KS. Likely because it's not a WOTC product they are OAR'ing. I think Rob Conley did a GG conversion for 3.5, didn't he?

I have enjoyed this series from GG. They really have done a great job presenting the originals as well as the updated adventures converted to 5e and now DCC RPG. Count me in

I was originally approached to write this one, but I had to back out because I just had too much going on. I'll be interested to see what it looks likw.
