Who do you guys like right now? There are lots of awesome fantasy artists out there, but I'm specifically thinking of masters of black and white old school fantasy art. I'm trying to get my head right for visual style for Darkness Beneath and I want to see what's out there. Post links!

These are all great choices, keep 'em coming.
Peter Mullen did some great art for FO! back in the day but his new stuff on that thread has seriously leveled up, wow!

Stefan Poag is definitely one of my favorites, his stuff drifting somewhere between Tramp and Otus...

He did a bunch of stuff for us, especially our earlier issues! Like Mullen and some of the others mentioned he has grown.
I saw a cool Tom Gordon work recently that is going to show up in the magazine!
That one you posted has a cool M C Escher vibe. [Eazy-E]I'm MC Escher, I've got pictures galore[/Eazy-E].

I really like Timonthy Ide's cover for Delving Deeper  I really like Ian Baggley's work, particular his stuff for 1st ed Hyperborea  I also like Perplexing Ruins stuff; www.perplexingruins.com/ Also Mullen and he is probably the definitive face of Indie D&D. |

I have been in contact with Mark, who is amazing, I agree. He is pursuing his own artistic projects now and doesn't have time for illustration, but Ig and him have been having good conversations and Ig says he remains a great guy.
