I search for hexagonal maps in order to use them in my online campaign. It was a bit surprising to me, that many old TSR D&D modules actually lack hex maps. B2 employs checkered paper, B3 doesn't have any grid at all etc. Here is what I collected so far: Outdoor Survival Vampyre (TSR) Goblin (dwarfstar) Barbarian Prince (dwarfstar) Viking Gods (TSR) The World of Greyhawk Isle of Dread (X1) Duchy of Karameikos (Expert Set) The First Fantasy Campaign Judges Guild + a lot of old polish wargaming maps, example: Crete 1941
Some of them I've already used, combining into one world. For example Outdoor Survival is Hyperborea, east of it lies Viking Gods, to the west is Transylvania (Vampyre), then The Keep on the Borderlands, south of the Keep - Goblin & Barbarian Prince, and so on.

Divine Right? Was that the games name? And What was the war game that preceded Runequest? Both of those could be useful.

Right, I forgot about it - it's OK, though I like Barbarian Prince/Outdoor Survival type more (I mean trees and mountains signatures and not just hypsometric tints).

Perhaps download VASL to get the Advanced Squad Leader maps. There are about 100 and they make for good campaign maps as well as tactical ww2.

Meanwhile, I've found such article: realmofzhu.blogspot.com/2018/06/a-hexagonal-intermission.html Valley of the Four Winds (1980) and Sword and Sorceru (1978) have nice maps.
