There is a good thread over at Dragonsfoot where people post their recent acquisitions, I thought it would be fun to start one here. I'll start. I just picked up Stonehell Dungeon, and the Oubliette Compilations from Lulu. I continue to be impressed with the quality of POD. I'm going to enjoy reading these, and hopefully grabbing useful stuff for my campaign.

We'll have to see how this goes. We are running out of space for attachments (we are at 91% capacity) so we may have problems with photo threads.

I purchased Dave Bezio's "Shotguns -N- Saddles" a couple months ago (it only came out in 2013...).
It is a great OSR type (OD&D or BX) Wild West game.

Last I checked with the admins they do not, so if you can host a photo on imgur or link a product image directly from Amazon or DTRPG then my understanding is that would be fine.

No pictures are needed, but as per the discussion in the Traveller board, I received my copy of the POD Books 1-3 reprint of 1981 Traveller in the mail yesterday, so I now have a super compact edition, and don’t need to care whether it gets beaten up being carried around.

I finally got Goodman games the Deluxe Metamorphosis Alpha ed. hardback, and I broke down and got the MA 4th ed. rules PDF.
Maybe in a few months I'll see if I can find Dragons at Dawn by D.H. Boggs.

As a decrepit middle-aged man I mustered out of the Academy with a ticket to ride and an old training manual. "Classic Traveller Facsimile Edition" single volume digest. I acquired it for cheap through the black market starport known as "DriveThru RPG". It is considered contraband in the ODD sector so I must proceed with caution to my Patron for further instructions.

I went on a little retro bonanza with the new year. Steve Jackson reproduced most of the pocket box games from the 80's. Being a car wars fanboy I purchased Car Wars, Truck Stop, Crash City (Sunday Drivers), and expansions 1 & 2, as well as Convoy. I also got the Ogre Bundle which includes Ogre, GEV, Shockwave, Battlesuit, the reinforcement pack, 4 folders, and 2 extra pocket boxes. While I was at it I picked up The Fantasy Trip Melee & Wizard pocket box. This one was a what might have been if the game was originally produced as a pocket box edition, which a lot of people think it was. Actually, I don't have any interest in the new editions of these games. For some reason I get a kick out of the original compact and portable presentation of the originals. The original car wars was fuel for my imagination when I was younger and I had a lot of fun playing it with friends. So the new year kicked off pretty well at my place- ran a game of car wars with the family (my girls accused me of cheating ), played some Sellswords & Spellslingers, and played DCC's funnel Portal Under the Stars. Oh yeah, I got a set of funny dice from Goodman Games too. It included all the odd ones like d5, d7, d14, d16, & d24.

My first RPG arrival of the new year was INTO THE UNKNOWN from Pacesetter Games. This is a large solo adventure compatible with Swords & Wizardry (there are also Pathfinder and D&D 5E versions).

I finally broke down and bought a hardcover copy of Old-School Essentials: Classic Fantasy Rules Tome for "work-related research" -- beginning later this month, a gamer friend and I will be running/co-DMing Keep on the Borderlands with B/X for an "Old School D&D at the library" program at the library where we work. OSE also goes nicely with all the tasty Dolmenwood Patreon content I've been receiving.

I finally found a copy in good condition, with the rule book in great condition, from a local seller. Nice addition to my little collection

I just picked up a copy of AD&D 2e Skills & Powers. Following Morten Braten's The Spider God's Bride, I hope to use the material for npcs, especially various rankings of cult members and those of other groups!
