Beyond the Realms of Death Sun Oct 31, 1-5pm (GMT-04) Written by Greg Ellis Play begins at the Temple of Anig, where for centuries the masses have come to view the wonder of the statue that smiles and gestures. The clergy there now find themselves in a terrifying and quite unexpected pickle. Some months ago the statue closed its eyes, and in the intervening time its gestures have become weaker and its smiles less frequent. Now the statue has fallen still, and no longer responds to the rituals of the temple, or to the many sick and troubled who journey here for comfort and solace. Convinced that their god has packed up and left them, and the clerics are desperate to determine why, and what can be done to bring him back. These holy men have spent many weeks debating and researching and in that time have come upon an ancient relic of the temple, the Gizmo of Following, which they believe will allow a person or group to travel to whatever place the god has gone, and convince him/her/it to return. The problem is, the old geezers are timid and frail, and don’t think they can survive whatever perils might arise during such a journey, so they’re eager to find a group of strong and brave adventurers willing to try the task. warhorn.net/events/furiously-eclectic-harvest-gaming/schedule/sessions/bc6eb7b3-b9bc-44b9-8ade-d25c3a7505adI am not running this one, but figured it might be of interest.
