Does anyone know of a good online resource for learning about upcoming game conventions? I know of the one at Steve Jackson Games, but surely there is a better one out there.
I'm not into the local gaming store scene since mine's primarily M:tG and Miniatures.
Any suggestions? I'd like to hit a Con or three in the near future.
Thanks!

In the UK Phil Masters keeps a pretty good page of convention information, albeit of little use if you're on the other side of the pond: British RPG-related ConventionsThere must surely be someone doing something similar in North America... I'll start checking...

Thanks!
That google link looks promising, Redpriest. I'll dive into that and poke around.
Yep, state side here, Bigjackbrass. If you do come up with anything, I'd love to see it.

Iggy is running in Ann Arbor in November. Plus there are Tekumel games. Come on out, Sham...we can do some work on DB together...

That would be cool, but alas November is booked with our company's Fall Trip, two football games (including one where I'll be hosting a tailgate for 30ish guests-ugh) and then Turkey Day. What Con is that, btw? The local scene is fairly sparse here from what I've seen, despite the nice link from Redpriest. The most promising looks to be JohnCon up at Johns Hopkins, but it's in November, of course. Looks like I might have to actually travel to find some good RPG centric Cons. Appreciate the invite, though! There are definitely some great GMs that post here, and I'd enjoy seeing some old school games run from the other side of the screen. One of these years we'll have to pick a weekend for our own ODDCon!

Kesher also had the idea for an ODDCon, and it's a good one - but I kind of think we should combine it with the Lake Geneva Gaming Convention, since that (assuming the Troll Lords are continuing it) is where a lot of the old guard already goes. I think if we wanted to try to organize an ODDBoards trip to the LGGC this summer it might be good to start on that soonish...

LGGC would be a blast so having an ODD board unofficial meet and greet there sounds like a good idea. TLG has LGGC V tentatively scheduled for June 19-21, 2009. There's nothing official right now, though, and that includes the location.
