My son asked when we were going to play an RPG again. The kids' experience so far is with "Risus" for starters, then "Fate Accelerated Edition" for a bit more complexity, and we have also played "Into the Odd" and "Best Left Buried". Now that he wanted to start a new game, and the kids showed interest in a continuing campaign where they grow stronger over time, I am going to start them into "Delving Deeper".
I am curious how they will like it. My wife and kids made a party of 4 for now: A Magic User, an Elf, a Cleric, and a Snowman (rules-wise: a fighter) I am going to give each of them a sidekick from the start so they have a meatshield.

Sounds fun. Be sure to keep us posted. Maybe a journal in the campfire subforum?
