We ran a couple of polls in the large Dragonlance Adventures group on Facebook. Thought you might be interested in the results. 1. What is your preferred ‘old school’ ruleset? 2e - 69% Based on these, I’d say 2e is the evergreen favorite of DL fans. I hadn't considered how Dragonlance would have been an entry world for so many players in the 2e era, that does make sense. One interesting thing about 2e is that it tries so hard to be all things to all people. Meaning it has optional rules for everything. So sure, everyone can find the best version for themselves in it somewhere, but the question then is which version of 2e? Especially when they put out those options books.

Yeah I’m a 1%er! I feel like I need a patch or something!

I've always wanted to run the Dragonlance dungeons, I just never wanted to run the story. Still never managed to pull that off, every time I sit down with DL1 and think ok how can I take this apart I get side tracked. -Mike I really want to see a reboot of the classic Dragonlance series of modules, but sideline all the story stuff and treat the locales as more sandbox-ish.
