We will use the Lean Coffee format to discuss OD&D, Chainmail, or whatever the group decides.
How this Lean Coffee thing works in a few easy steps:
1. If you have a question or topic you want to discuss, post it here. One question or topic per post, take a look for possible duplicates first.
2. Once we have the potential topics, we will run down the list and whoever wrote the question or topic will give a berief (super short) description.
3. We vote! Everyone gets 3 votes, add a  if you want to talk about it a topic. (usually you would be able to vote as many times as you want on a subject, ever your o

wn, but that wont work here, so you can only vote once per topic).
4. I'll gather the top 3–5 topics in order of votes, if there is tie, it will go alphabetical.
5. We talk about the first topic for 5 minutes.
6. When 5 minutes is up, I will post a comment for a vote. This time we vote to  = keep talking about the subject, = stop talking about this and move on to the next topic, :right_facing_fist: = I don't care either way (this would be thumb sideways if we were doing this live)
6b. If the vote is to keep going, the timer is reset and we keep talking, then repeat step 6 when the time goes off and repeat until we agree, by vote, that we are done.
7. We move on to the next topic, talk for 5 minutes, vote to keep talking or move on....and you get the idea by now (if not, it will make sense once we get going).
You can start adding topics now.
Adding this for me to copy and paste later:
Should we  Keep talking , End this one and move on, :right_facing_fist: Meh, either way.
