It'll get fixed, i looked at it last week and emailed Grodog about it. I even went through the steps to fix it just make sure it was pretty simple. The problem is that the server upgraded php from 5.6 to 7.x which broke the phpbb forum software. The fix it just to upgrade the software but it's 30min process and the only sysadmin is super busy right now.
If it goes on too long I'll raise my hand offer to fix but I'm sure it'll get done.

ADDED: And it's fixed... Congrats to Rich aka Francisca the hole in the D&D universe has been plugged.
