Hi All, I'm converting a creature -- the Book Golem from the Aventyr Bestiary (p43) -- from Pathfinder to sharper, shorter rules. Everything else is coming along fine, but I've one question: How would you interpret this?: "A book golem is immune to any spell or spell-like ability that allows spell resistance." Is it immune to anything that allows a save? Thanks for any assistance, L

Yeah, this pretty much how I would do it at a gaming table.

I'm curious if anyone has posted a general conversion doc from Pathfinder to something else somewhat old school. (OD&D, AD&D, 5E, whatever.)
I ask because I bought the awesome-looking Pathfinder adventure Emerald Spire and haven't gotten around to doing any sort of conversion, but it looks cool. If you don't know about this adventure but they brought in 16 different designers to each make up a level of a 16-level dungeon. I bought the map set as well as the book.
I keep telling myself I want to get rid of my Pathfinder books, as I never actually play PF, but then I think that maybe I need them in order to figure out a decent conversion.
