I really like what I am seeing. So here is some quick feedback:
I have seen occasional typos which are not noted here.
P 13 Combat System. I would consider having Fighters end up with the best attack values overall. I would thus cap Clerics at one tier less, at level 17+. Likewise, I would cap Mages at 1 tier less than Clerics, or at 16+. For comparison, see the Judge’s Shield by Judge’s Guild ( and Ready Ref Sheets) to see how they capped out the attack matrix for higher levels.
P 22 Reference Sheets. If you could possibly push these down to the next page, so that they start on their own page for easy printing, that would be great.
Trolls, True and other monsters. I see the Chainmail language here regarding “Fantastic-Type” attacks. Do they take damage from magic weapons? Is there a definition of this somewhere?
BOOK III P 20 Move/Counter-Move System. “Melee” at #5 needs to be bolded.
Monster Attacking Matrix. I could not find a Monster Attack Matrix in this book. In adding this table, you might want to look at its counterpart in EPT (which has a difference in the HD progression, though a different rate of progression) to see if you would like to use that pattern instead, while keeping to the original progression, or consider how you are going to handle the progression from HD "2-3" to "3-4" to "4 to 6", and so forth. . .
