EPT cheat sheets, GM Screen, etc.

Anyone have a handy set of cheat sheets or references in GM screen type of format? I'm re-reading EPT to start a campaign for my sons, but I need to put together a short guide for my use at the tabletop... anyone have something like this?

I'm afraid you may have to just print your own.
Not too hard to copy and past the charts into a document.

I cobbled together a reference sheet for combat a long time ago. Never revised it, but I've put it on Google Drive if you care to look:
