Henry Segerman is a math professor at Oklahoma State University specializing in geometry and topology. In addition to his artwork, he also designs weird (but fair) dice. This page at The Dice Lab describes the dice he's designed. These dice are available for sale. In this YouTube interview on the Numberphile Channel, he shows off some of his dice designs: There's some extra footage here: In these videos, he talks about the following dice designs... - Skew Dice(TM), which are six-sided dice with distorted but congruent faces. This type of shape is called a trigonal trapezohedron.
- d60 -- deltoidal hexecontahedron
- d120 -- disdyakis triacontahedron

But what would you use d60 or d120 in your games? If you're in a modern setting..
"Roll 1d60 and 1d120 to see how many minutes your boss/girlfriend/phone company/ec. keeps you waiting/on hold."
