Anyone have a hard copy Empire of the Petal Throne rulebook they'd be willing to part with? Doesn't matter what printing/edition, etc. I'm happy to buy or trade.
* Edited to clarify: Any printing of the original rules... Guess there was only really one edition...
I have the PDF, but am feeling nostalgic for that particular book.

Yeah, that's the problem. I'm actually looking for the original rules, which were reprinted and sold by Tita's House of Games for awhile. However, even those (the reprints) are ridiculously priced...

Drivetheurpg has the PDFs for sale. You could buy it and print it out For heck of a lot less than what they are asking for a hard copy. =

I had a sudden "duh!" moment yesterday, and printed out my PDF of the rules in booklet form, onto 11x17 paper, here at work. Then when I got home (and I wasn't sure it'd be up to the task), I used my booklet stapler on it. The thickness (32 sheets of paper) was right on the edge of its capabilities, but it worked! So, problem solved, for no kaitars. And, FWIW, I actually emailed Carl Brodt from THoG to see if he had any copies left over; unfortunately, he had just sold his last copy only two months ago. However, he did mention that he was going to be updating the website with some available collectibles, so keep an ear to the ground... Thanks for all the suggestions! brumazik!

I sold all of my original books except for the DM handbook from Gardasiyal. I have a binder full of maps and downloaded items and really regret paring with the boxed set and other rules editions I had, including Swords and Glory, but I was in dire straits that summer.
That being said, I find it very hard to believe any of that material is actually moving. I love Tekumel but the artifacts are way way over priced in my book. They are panning for gold.

You would think that those kind of prices would prompt re-release. =
