I read in another thread that Geoffrey was working on a new Carcosa book. What's the status of that project?

I'm curious too. I need my Carcosa fix!

The manuscript has been turned in to James Raggi of Lamentations of the Flame Princess (the current publisher of Carcosa). That said, I'm still working on the manuscript almost every day. I hope for the forthcoming Carcosa book to knock socks off. I'm more excited about it than about any of my previous books.
As for a release date, I can't be any more specific than saying it will be either in 2016 or in the first half of 2017.

Is there a working title for it yet? The following are very tentative possible titles: The Shadows Lengthen in CarcosaStranger Still Is Lost Carcosa

If you can tell us, what kind of material will be in the new Carcosa book?

If you can tell us, what kind of material will be in the new Carcosa book? For the most part, it details over 200 hexes in the lands immediately south of the published Carcosa map. The hex descriptions average somewhere between 100 and 150 words per hex, which is obviously a lot more detail than the hexes in the published Carcosa book. This second book really fleshes-out Carcosa.

What people don't understand is that Geoffrey has a process he needs to go through in order to properly write material

And there are 13 shades of flesh to choose from! Sorry, couldn't help myself. Seriously, though, take your time. You can't rush quality.
