I have written a fantasy horror short story greatly inspired by Tekumel.
Does Fight On publish short stories, or just gaming articles?

Hm. Take this as a no. I did look at the submission guidelines and they do not mention content perimeters but judging from past issues I'd guess No on fiction.

Hi xerxez. Fiction has been accepted in the past. I just didn't want to speak for calithena. I had a short story in FO#5, although it was written to order, not randomly submitted. I think a few other short stories have also been published |

They did the short story anthology Roll the Bones, too, I believe. Don't know if he plans to do another.

We would consider a Tekumel story for the mag, although it is hard to guarantee space for #15 at this point, and #16 - well, it's like the old saying, I need to take things one issue at a time until I get back on my feet. But send it! The worst we can say is no. :-) We were also involved in this fine publication: www.amazon.com/Here-I-Come-Other-Stories/dp/0983311994 . It is not exactly "old school fantasy" although there are loose connections in some of the stories, but Alex is a really amazing writer. |
