Here are the session recaps for the last two Carcosa games I ran, presented as hex descriptions from the book alone with some example descriptions you can use to "restock" the hex. (The last description is what actually happened in the session.) I did this a while ago after one of my friends ran a one-shot, though I don't recall if I shared that post here at the time.

I like the mutation orbs but i would make a fun mutation table. Dragonfly wings and compound eyes. Telescoping retractable fingers. Kangaroo legs

I should adapt some of these ideas. My characters' home base is the Green Man village in hex 0904. They haven't explored the world very much. Maybe an expedition to a distant hex will be good for them.
