I can do it myself if needed but if anyone is good at this it's a pretty easy job. Mostly text, really just the TOC and a couple other things need reformatting. Email iggyumlaut at the google mails if you have some spare time to help with this. I can give you some free PDFs if that is an incentive. :-)
