Alice in Wonderland

A young woman discovers a portal to an underground city. Many of the inhabitants are deranged from drinking tea made from subterranean herbs and eating fungus and presumably the fauna that also eats the fungus. 
There is a mysterious eversmiling man with a cloaking device (vanishes at will) who will give unhelpful advice and follow her around. Like the being that lead her in, he is a servitor of the red queen. 
There is a room where two women turn a crying baby into a beast. Two fat men, brothers, are in a dual until a monster arrives. 
The final showdown of course is against the red queen.

Corpulent, pulsating, reeking of blood, covered in large veins, she doesn't merely demand sacrifices. She eats off their heads! 
Fortunately she picked up some luminous fungus a smouldering larva was on and it enhanced her psionic power.

A Christmas Carol

A powerful elder is known for his barbaric cruelty. He exploits the young and in need. He is haunted by visions of his old friend (now in tormented undeath) and then, hyperspacial beings who implore him to correct his antisocial behaviour. He is shown his own youth where as a small boy he loved and admired his father, a warrior of his tribe, who he had not seen since he tragically died in conflict against chaotic red fighters.
Then he enters a trance and experiences in real time the festivity to which he was invited but learned they didn't want him to come. And to squalid hovel of his minions.
"Your joy would be increased if you formed alliances with the other beings."
Finally, his consciousness was launched terrifyingly into a future where his clan was destroyed and his body is paraded before his enemies.

When he regains use of his body, he unites people and spends his hoarded wealth to strengthen the tribe.
And they destroy their enemies.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show

A man and woman are travelling when their riding beasts suddenly die. Stranded, they seek refuge in a nearby citadel. The master is a 6th level chaotic sorcerer named The Shuddering Anticipation. It happens that he has learned the means serpent people used to make humans and is making a human this night.
The wanderers each fail a seduction save as the sorcerer has very high charisma.
Soon he activates a mind control device and is well into an orgy before his minions kill him, evict the wanderers, and lift the citadel off the planet.
