Azafuse is right, you should get the option to upload something in order to get free access to downloads for a few weeks. I just upload a random character sheet from my hard drive and then start downloading like a maniac. Of course you have to be signed up, but no money is required. :-)

Does anyone know where to find Adventures on Mars? I can't find it anywhere now.
UPDATE:
I found it on kupdf.net . I'm not sure how legal the share is, so if a Moderator sees this maybe you can let me know if it is ok to share the last surviving link or even post it on my own google docs - so the community won't lose this valuable out of print asset.

Just to be transparent, bastet1002 asked me about posting this file and I gave him the thumbs-up. As best as I can recall, Doc used threads on this very board to develop these ideas and then Doc or someone associated with him took those posts and made them into a PDF to be shared. I just created a larger file size version with a cover and resized to our friendly 3 LLB sized books at 5.5 by 8.5 inches. The PDF has been flattened to embed all the fonts if you care to LULU it or get a professional print job. It should now look like a proper OD&D supplement! I created a final version of Adventures on Mars. This version has 12 point font if you need or prefer a larger font size and neater layout. It is about 80 pages instead of 33 pages. So, if budget is your thing, the previous version is better.
