I posted this Liscensing note in a thread in the Dragons at Dawn board but its buried in there and I thought I ought to just mention it here too in case anyone might be interested.
Normally, products with a price tag must be "approved for use.." and I reserve the right to 10% of net profits. This is all just down the road thinking should the game achieve any lasting popularity etc and also to allow me to have a little bit of say in the quality of what might have the DaD label on it.
Having said that, let me state here and now that anyone who wants to write anything for Dragons at Dawn for publication in Fight On! has my blessing and encouragement, totally free and clear of any financial obligations or need to inform me at any stage. Further, Fight On is perfectly free to put "Approved for use with Dragons at Dawn" on any D@D content they print if they want to because the quality of material in FO is always high and there's no need for me to be concerned about it. So, Write On!
