Just North America. There is a 10% off coupon that works worldwide, though, and the postage to some countries has come down - four of these went to Finland priority for about US $21 for instance. So, worth considering perhaps!

Cover choices are just dictated by issue order, mostly. If we do these again the volume 1 will have front of 3/back of 2, the volume 2 will have front of 6/back of 7, and the volume 3 will have front of 9/back of 12. But thanks nonetheless, I like these covers too!
All covers are reproduced B&W on the interior, but the only color is on the cover.
