Board Description
Starbeard's Fantasyland Game
A genre-mixing Fantasyland game, based in part on my love for the original Disneyland and Walt-era adventure stories. We'd start in the Slumberwold, a fairytale forest and alpine range; hexcrawling will reveal wild wests, future cities, safari jungles, powdered-wig New England towns, and so on; plus megadungeons irrationally stocked with unspeakable horrors, of course. Available classes are Fighting-Men and Magic-Users (who get all spells but no turning), but 'discovering' a new themed area will 'unlock' new classes (e.g., Pioneers or Medicine-Men from the wild west).
