Hi, just wanted to check if anyone could say how far through shipping orders are things now? I'm not sure if I was a pre-order - I ordered a box set Dec 9th, 2012 and am still waiting to get my hands on it.

Has anyone heard from John recently? I tried sending a PM on April 8th and an e-mail to the address in his profile this past weekend, but the email was rejected as undeliverable. Anyone have any other contact info for him? I'm still waiting for shipment.
