As promised, I have come up with an alternate AiF character sheet; the only difference is the addition of the variable weapon damage table from the reference sheets. I am still interested in contributing to a character sheet that is not just functional but also a little more eye-pleasing. Aif PC Sheet v1a.pdf (8.8 KB) For anyone interested, I posted about it on my blog or you can cut to the chase and get it directly from the source. As always, any input is appreciated.

One of the quirks of this game is that you have to compare Dex, Level, and Size to calculate your chance to hit. What I was thinking was to precalculate those number and include them on the character sheet. For example, you would add 40%+Level+(Dex/4)-(Size/2) as an attack chance and Level+(Dex/4)-(Size/2) as a "Defence" rating which is subtracted from your opponents chance to hit. The math will be similar but will require far fewer steps. Because skill with a weapon also affects chance to hit, it might also be worth precalculating those chances as well. Or at least have some way of indicating that they are untrained.

I will definitely be adding it - and I'm sure more - as I continue my research on AiF.
