FYI -- a couple of the classic illustionist spells from SR#4 will likely appear in the magic-user spell list in the upcoming DD hardback edition. Great! Any news about the hardback? Also, FWIW, I've done a survey all the early material I've been able to find, and as a result I have a "reasonably" complete list of the OD&D spells, so I may be able to help out with the spells lists if you like. That would be useful. I did something similar with cleric and magic-user spells to see which ones I should revamp for DD, but I used the Supplements only.

Bumping this, guys... Any news on the DD compatible Illusionist? I had the same thought, recently. It would be pretty neat to gather together some of the spells needed, and use the standard M-U tables to work out HD/EXP etc... But I'd love to see the spells per day from the Strategic Review! I guess in all of my '1E heresy' I still have a soft spot for Illusionists! As an aside, I checked your site as well, waysoftheearth, and didn't see anything. So I thought I was safe to post here.
