Great issue - 'From Kuroth’s Quill' is particularly excellent in it's treatment of gateways and dimensions. The best article I've ever read on such things. The adventures are class, well thought through, and 'Rats in the Walls' gives those interested in AS&SoH another glimpse into the setting and statblocks. sorted

Very impressive work by old grodog, and a great utility for DMs. There is a spell in his article that really got my creative juices flowing. It's called gatetrace, which essentially allows one to determine where in the planes a target has transported to; the caster locating the residual aura left by the magical transportation effect. I began to mull over the idea of a transdimensional murder mystery . . . Thank you for the interest.

Throw some CAS and Farmer and Moorcock in the mix, add a dash of Borges and _The Club Dumas_, and your own insane genius, and you'll hook us all with that one
