PS I think it was called something like 'Pay For Your Coffin', and it was specifically based on spaghetti westerns.

I've uploaded the updated file and changed the name to Blood & Bullets. This is because I might get a request to change it at some point from a certain gun manufacturer! Incidentally, Blood & Bullets was the original name for Go Fer Yer Gun!. beyondbeliefgames.webs.com/freestuff.htmscroll down to "Other Free Stuff"

From Chapter 7 of Blood & Bullets:
"The states they will pass through will be Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming."
Just like a greenhorn to forget Texas. . . .

Texas now added - B&B is more-or-less done, I've just got to add in a couple more adventure ideas, so keep calling back to check the final version. beyondbeliefgames.webs.com/freestuff.htmNow I'm moving onto one of the other RPGs in the S&W "family" - so keep your eyes open for this one.

I'm tinkering with this new class for Blood & Bullets:
THE DUDE The Dude is a guy (or gal) from back East. He dresses well, is cultured, educated, wealthy and completely out of place in the West. Sometimes called a dandy or a toff, the Dude could represent a businessman, a doctor or surgeon, a reporter or just a dilettante traveler. Whilst seemingly useless, the Dude will have some knowledge or ability which makes them handy to have around.
Table 6: Dude Advancement
Level HD (d6) To Hit Bonus Defence Bonus 1 1 +0 +0 2 2 +0 +0 3 3 +1 +1 4 4 +1 +1 5 5 +2 +2 6 6 +2 +2 7 7 +3 +3 8 8 +3 +3 9 8+1 +4 +4 10 8+2 +4 +4
Dude Class Abilities Weapons: Dudes aren’t generally skilled with six-shooters, but might own a concealed derringer or pocket pistol. Some Dudes are surprisingly useful with their walking canes and swordsticks. Others might have some extra skill with a specific weapon.
Saving Throw: Dudes receive a +2 bonus on their ST vs. deception and for recalling facts.
Non-Combatant (CHA): In combat Dudes are not taken seriously and, as long as they are not fighting, any (human) enemy will tend to ignore them and go for the more competent looking types. If necessary, the Dude can make an ST to avoid being attacked.
Specialist knowledge or skill: The Dude has some training, experience or ability that others in the West don’t generally have. It could be anything like acting, surgery, engineering, law or similar. Possibly even marksmanship or fencing. In this ability they receive a +4 bonus to any ST they have to make (or +4 to their to hit roll with a specific weapon, like sword or rifle).
Wealth: Dudes like their home comforts and always carry around large amounts of money so that they can pay for the best food, best rooms and best of everything wherever they go. Even when they don’t have cash on them, as long as they can get to a bank, they will be able to obtain the cash they need.
