It's a digest-sized, short book of magic items that's set up like an in-game magic items catalog (Sears & Roebuck-like). Many of the magic items are punning and humorous in nature, similar to the minor magic items liberally sprinkled throughout Castle Zagyg: Upper Works.
I can't for a few weeks: we're shuffling around rooms in the house, and I just boxed up the shelves of my Gygax and Kuntz books and research materials. If no one else is able to chime in, remind me ~mid-January, and I'll dig it up again!
Nobody will undo that knot! UNTYING TRICK ROPE What a laugh when the securely tied rope undoes itself! Great when the rube is climbing up or down, even better if the bozo has used the UNTYING TRICK ROPE to “secure” you for some reason. No matter how it is looped, braided, tangled, or knotted, this exceptionally strong and resilient rope comes undone whenever you utter a command word. Minimum length is five feet, maximum 100 feet.
Untying Trick Rope: 250 crowns per five feet
This one is unarmed. “HARMLESS HANDLE” JOKE PONIARD All you have is the hilt of a broken dagger-so the sucker thinks. Then watch the fun when you speak the secret command and nine inches of cold steel shoot forth to skewer the chump! Yes, you’ll be the one laughing as the sure-shot action of the “HARMLESS HANDLE” JOKE PONIARD pierces normal ramor to make your point...
It does sound fun. I never picked one of these up because it was for Lejendary Adventures and it seemed like the kind of item I'd never use. Naturally, I regret not buying one at the time.
