Many D&D spells are linked to Greyhawk Wizards (Bigbgy, Tenser, Mordenkeinen etc), perhaps suggesting that they originated from the GH campaign. I wonder if any spells can be traced back to the Blackmoor campaign, with wizards like Robert the Bald, Mi-Karr or others having been the first to ever cast them in a game?

A number of them are in D@D. Will look in to it a bit more when I have time but two off the top of my head are the Clone spell (city of the Gods) and the Decay spell (ToTF). There's also the spells in AiF.
