One of the other council members, Yori speaks, "Rough copies yes of course that we could do BUT yes the originals will be staying here." His gap tooth smile does little to show any sign of being comforting, more wolf like. "Didn't expect anything less." Jorge returns to Councilman Yori, "Didn't expect anything more, either." Looking at his two companions Jorge says grinning, "Looks like we've got a mission, guys!" Grinning, Lady Colline speaks, "You have no more than three days to accomplish anything you need, the caravan will be arriving from Twin Forks at that time." Pausing, "Please speak in generalities about what your doing, we are a small community." Smiling at the joke, "The community will know that your on a mission but not the details."

Thinking out loud: "Perhaps I can find an odd job that would pay enough for me to get some saddlebags for my beloved donkey, Rodrigo. But oh how I loathe work!"

((Your line of credit, will get you guys anything that you need within reason. I will start your cross country adventure tomorrow morning in real time. )) The caravan arrives in town and the hustle and bustle to get everyone together is quite frantic, the news from the south spreads through town, seems that in the Middle-Kingdoms war brews yet again. The wares brought from the south bring a bit of good cheer to the people, winter wines and jams and jellies are traded, with in a day though the caravan is eager to move on...

Jorge wants to provide himself with leather armor, a helm, a quiver of 20 arrows to go with his shortbow, a knife/dagger, a sword (appropriate for a hobbit...shortsword?) and shield...and a sling (for the hobbitness of it). He'll round out his supplies with a two week supply of trail rations, a waterskin, an oil lamp with 4 pints of oil, a tenderbox (flint/steel/shavings) a fishhook and line, bedroll and blanket, coil of rope, grappling hook, 10 iron spikes, a "piton" hammer and a "10 foot" pole (probably only 6 feet for a hobbit). Oh, and if the party can afford one, a pony or mule, to carry the load... ...and Jorge will talk to the Caravan Master about a job for himself, and his two companions, as guards.

I got a mule. I would just like some saddlebags for the mule and another weeks' worth of rations.
I also go around to the locals to ask if anyone is willing to fill my waterskin with some wine for good luck. Several flies buzz around me as I'm doing this.
Once all that's settled, Grundy is ready to go!
