Doesn't change my plans - charging the goblin (if they're asleep, it will be as quiet as possible, but still a charge) to spear/gut him.

Once Kib and Galax engage the guards, FENNICK and Erimus (if allowed by ronin) will pass the melee, break down the door, and hold the position so Nigel can cast his spell.

Nigel is planning on following Fennick ignoring everything else with the sleep spell in his mind and on his lips ready to expel.

Galax and Kib charge down the hall, the goblins become alert but it is too late!! Galax spears his goblin just as it was ready to deliver a warning, the impact jars Galax all the way up his arms and into his shoulders. The goblin dies quietly... Kib sees what Galax does and grimaces, and swings...but alas the slower movement gave the goblin time to somehow get out of the way. Laric and Liam enter quietly and two of the goblins are dispatched before they knew that they were under attack! ((Laric and Liam you will have initiative in the next round...I am going to give you a plus as they are still a little surprised but no chance at an auto-kill.)) Fennick and Erimus sprint down the hall heading for the door, the goblin that Kib is engaged with seems to have figured out what is going on and is yelling, he swings at Erimus as he moves by but misses wildly. Nigel moves past the "blockage" as Erimus shoulders through the "door". Erimus, Fennick and Nigel can see that the room is quite large and that there is a greenish glowing statue of a very large 8 to 10 feet tall creature there. The statue has the body of a goblin but instead of a goblin head the head is a writhing mass of tentacles...they are not moving now but they are carved to look like they are. The half dozen goblins in here all turn, they are dressed in leather armor and were kneeling on the floor, their weapons out in front of them. There is another goblin in here who has skin the color of midnight and his teeth are very much yellow he wears a robe of red decorated with symbols of magic. This last goblin screams, "Defilers!" Pointing at you, "Kill them." Nigel can get his spell off before anything else, I just need to know who he is targeting before I move on!

FENNICK looks quickly to determine if there is a prisoner ready to be sacrificed. He stays in front of Nigel to protect the magic-user from harm.
(If Nigel does not target the robed goblin with the spell, FENNICK will hurl his club towards him to try to disrupt the ritual. The attack isn't necessarily meant to damage the goblin, more to hit/break/disrupt any instrument being used in the ritual. If there is no instrument, then the goblin will be aimed at.)

Nigel can get his spell off before anything else, I just need to know who he is targeting before I move on! OOC: I suppose by your questions that I can't target an area that will encompass both a majority of the armed goblins and the cleric/mage(?) Goblin, for that is his choice. Nigel knows that the mana infused Goblin much more likely will have a better defense against magic attacks and it might be wasted. If he can remove the goblins attacking we can engage him quicker. Nigel casts to encompass the 6 Goblins with a bit of a grimace, hoping he made the right choice.

I will reason out the result!!

((Laric and Liam you will have initiative in the next round...I am going to give you a plus as they are still a little surprised but no chance at an auto-kill.)) Yep, fully expected to not get the auto-kill on the second set of goblins. But hopefully we'll do fairly well against unarmed groggy foes. (Liam has no qualms with dispatching unarmed and/or sleeping enemies...)

Kib lets out a Dwarfish battle cry--"Taste steel, you rickety milk-drinking oathbreaker!"--and hacks away at the nearest goblin!

I will yank my spear from the dead Goblin and push him away with a kick.
To KIB: "If you need help, roar out!" as he battles the last of the guardian goblins.
I'll charge into the room - is the woman in here? If so, I will move to her. If not, I'll charge the nearest goblin to dispatch him at the end of my spear.

If the bunk with 'my' waking goblin doesn't look attached to anything, I'll try to pull it over, hopefully landing the groggy goblin in a heap on the floor.

Nigel points and utters some words in a language better suited for those who have studies for years to master them, and within an instant there is a grey fog that swirls around the goblins on the floor, and within one breath they are asleep.
The ebony skinned goblin though does not seem to be affected by the sleep spell, though Nigel that might have to do with the statue, your not sure.
The goblin that Kib is engaged with screams, "Motherless toesucker!" and swings but misses wildly again. Kib's follow up is not much better....
Liam grabs the dirty bedding bring the goblin out of it's bed and stabs him through the blankets, the blanket turns red as the goblin stops struggling and dies.
Laric has similar success against his dazed foe running him through as the goblin tried to draw a dagger hidden in it's bed...the goblin dies lying back on the bunk.
Galax comes in and see's the sleeping goblins and the ebony skinned goblin using the statue for partial cover....

FENNICK sees that all the goblins are sleeping except the ritual-leader and realizes that Nigel will be fine without his protection.
He drops his club and draws his scimitar, pointing the tip towards the cowering goblin.
With a burning intensity, he walks towards the statue, making sure not to disturb the sleeping goblins but with his scimitar tip never wavering from the goblin.
He states, "Cease your wicked goblin-ritual and surrender and repent, or feel the cleansing steel of the Everlight, SARENRAE!"
If the goblin does not surrender, FENNICK will attack with vicious purpose.

OOC: Was that the first two goblins, still? Or the second pair?
If the former, then Liam will move to attack the second goblin nearest him.
If the latter, then Liam will sprint down the hallway to help the rest of the party, letting out a challenging roar soaked in battlelust.

Laric makes haste to the room the others were charging into, his recent kills steeling him against his memory of the eerie light.

On his turn Nigel sill step to the side out of the way of the door and begin to chant a nasty sounding spell, pointing at and hopefully gaining the Goblins attention. Nigel is hoping the Goblin will focus on him being the spell caster, and not the people charging him. Nigel will at the climax of his "spell" will throw a rock at the dark Goblin.

The swirls of mystic energy are evaporating quickly as Galax enters the room and throws his spear...
The spear misses it's mark wide, the dark skinned goblin looks at Fennick and Erimus and points at Erimus. The words that are used are not understood but the intent becomes clear quickly.
((Resolving in this order: Galax, Nigel, Fennick and then Erimus))
Galax charges up and swings at the goblin who is using the statue as much as he can for cover, Nigel pegs the goblin as the goblin slashes as Galax with sharpened and painted claws. ((Galax 2 hp of damage)) Fennick as you move closer to the statue you begin to not feel well, nauseous as a matter of fact...
((Erimus still has to act after Fennick.))
Hallway
The goblin surges forward, striking Kib ((4hp Kib)), Kib's axe cleaves the goblin, the skull parted in twain.
Liam and Laric you quickly pass Kib as he strikes down the goblin...((You will have an action after Erimus.))
((Also sorry for missing a day, boss was out and so extra work fell on me.))

(Ooo, time for a dice roll, let's get out the old d12... )
GALAX curses at the goblin "d**n, you stinking dirty rock rat, you'll feel my wrath!" He will attempt to slash the goblin right across his face to prevent any spellcasting.

As Liam enters the room, he'll quickly take stock of the situation and try to engage any goblin still standing (having been down the hallway, he doesn't know what has happened in the room).
If he is unable to get to the goblin (not enough room to engage or too great a distance), then he'll begin dispatching the sleeping ones (assuming, at that point, he realizes most of the intended targets are sleeping).

If that is true, then Fennick is likely feeling nauseous due to something other than a spell, right?)

Kib shrugs off the wound and charges to attack any goblins that are still standing. Or, if all the goblins are down, he will tie up one of the sleeping goblins for interrogation.

As Laric goes past Kib, he says "yes!" When he enters the room, he'll head straight for the robed goblin, sword in hand, saying "give it up goblin, you've got no chance!"

He will grab the hand axe on his belt (OOC: I had thrown the spear, Ronin, not slashed, so if it's OK, I'll carry on with that approach?) and if it's permitted in the same round, he'll attack the goblin. ((I knew you threw the spear, I said the goblin slashed at you...I will roll out the attacks noting you are now using the handaxe.))
