I'm reading/listening to this series again and wonder how you would make a game emulate it? Traveller would be a perfect system to use but how would you hold Player attention? Time compression between emergencies and docking seems like the most likely.
Anyone else read/listened to this series and have suggestions on how to pull it off (and if it Could be done)? =
