I would love to get some expansion material for this (additional critters like calots, maybe rules for air boats, etc) add in some illustrations, and make up a yahoo group. I think Google wave would be far better suited for a collaborative project like this.

Just curious ... what would you do with a Yahoo group? We have space for posting and discussing ideas right here. Also, if you wanted to run a PBP game I probably could open up some space for it. All we would be lacking is actual file storage.... Having said that, if you go the Yahoo route be sure to post a link here somewhere. :-) Either way would be fine by me. I have written up rules for free distribution in the past, and put them up on yahoo groups, which works fairly well. But, if there was room to put up a rulebook here, I'd be happy to go that route, provided others were willing to chime in and contribute material. Thanks

Hmm. C'mon kiddies, I'd have thought there'd be a LITTLE more enthusiasm for such a project...

Well it's doc's work so I would need his okay to format and expand upon it where necessary.

I have the text organized and a TOC generated. I've pulled 24 images from Warriors of Mars to use to illustrate it--just need to sort through them and decide what to use (24 is way more than I need for a work this short).

Okay, folks, you asked for it and here it is. You can get it under the heading "Age of Conan and Warriors of Mars." www.grey-elf.com/dnd/Doc, if you update this in the future and want me to update the PDF, let me know and I'll be happy to put any additions or modifications in that you like.

Fantastic work Jason (and Doc ). Just one thing Jason, when you produce these pdf booklets it would be great if you could do it so that the page count is divisible by four, which is how a booklet prints out. For instance, in this one you have 25 pages, one of which is blank. If you'd left out the blank page, it would've been a perfect 24 page booklet (6 pieces of paper). But what will happen instead is that it will now have to print as a 28 page booklet (7 pieces of paper) with 4 of the pages (effectively a single sheet) being blank. But apart from that, a big thank you for putting together this (and many other) great pdfs.

No, it's divisible by four. It's 24 pages plus a cover that is intended to be printed separately.
If you'll go back and look through you'll see that every one of my PDFs is that way--a cover you print separately, with the interior pages divisible by four.
All you need to do is, in Acrobat, use "booklet printing" pages 2-25. Then print the cover using "Multiple pages per sheet," page 1 only, and "Horizontal reversed" selected.
However, since that wasn't obvious I'll put a note to that effect on my website...
