I can't find #5 at Lulu at all now! (However, I received an e-mail message on the 2nd stating that my 4 copies were dispatched.) What's going on?!?

After over a year with no troubles Lulu is suddenly having print problems with some of my files (not just the most recent). When that happens they gank the file from the store with no explanation to the seller except that the problem happened. Then their help ignores you no matter how many times you email them or fill out the support form. So you try to guess how to fix your file with no guidance and then restore it to the site until they gank it again. And then you send them another plea for help which they ignore.
The files are back up now though.

My Lulu order arrived today (Yay!!!) Fight On! #5 was missing pages 27-62 (Boo!!!) Customer support has been contacted and hopefully I'll see a replacement copy headed my way soon. Luckily, I still have Fight On! #4, Knockspell #1 & #2, and Jeff's Miscellaneum to tide me over until then. But still, Booooo!!!! I had the same exact problem.  Filed an issue report immediately, but haven't heard back yet from their support staff. |

I just received my order which was supposed to be
Knock Spell 1
Knock Spell 2
The Spire of Iron and Crystal
Fight on! 5
and instead got 2 Knock Spell #2's and no Fight on #5. Hopefully they can resolve this quickly. Was really looking forward to Fight On!.

Over here in Germany there are new Lulu problems on the horizon, too.
While they printed the stuff in Spain I had no problems, but the last two deliveries came from the UK and in one delivery one item was missing and in the other the cover of the S&W monster book (hardcover) the cover was messed up.
I complained and only got an email they "acknowledged" ist, but nothing else has happened.

Yikes! Typical that I'm waiting on the biggest order I've ever placed with Lulu. Still, hope springs eternal.

Are they clean copies, machfront? Yeah, they're both fine. No printing errors, missing pages or anything like that that I can see. Was there something specific you had in mind that you were concerned about? |

My copy finally arrived! It came yesterday, but I had to go out of town overnight, so I haven't even read it yet.

Mine FO#5 just arrived, and looks OK.
Is the back cover "background" supposed to look "antiqued" ?
Details are all sharp, but the background looks "smudgey".
Great issue, content-wise.
