My BHP module for Carcosa is all but finished ... I'm awaiting the findings of the proofreaders and 3 pieces of interior art.
A week, perhaps two, and "Obregons Dishonor" (OD) should be on sale through Brave Halfling Publishing.
OD is a module set in Carcosa and intended for 6-8 characters of 4th through 6th level.

I hope you like it, I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out. Funny thing, the title came to me before the story.
By the way: "Obregon" has a similar pronunciation and cadence to Oberon (Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream", et al.)

Did you get Greyharps proofing comments? If not - WAIT FOR THEM! It's worth it. That guy is awesome and finds even the tiniest glitches.

Poor health and head-spinning medication has caused my proofreading to grind to a halt (including your Under Siege!), but I did get a very small amount done for DuBeers, so I'll try and get them typed up for you tomorrow Cameron.

I knew you were feeling poorly and didn't want to add to the things with which you had to deal. If, and only if, you feel up to it I welcome your input.

South of the Thaggasoth Peaks lies the mining town of Jaftgong. It is a rough place to spend time, a mining town with slaves and freemen alike toiling to extract rubies from inside the mountains. You and your team of adventurers like this place, there is no itch that cannot be scratched in this thriving community that is growing too fast for its own good. Your purses have emptied and your lusts are sated—for the moment. Now the time has come to make some gold and maybe bust a few heads in the process, and you have begun looking for work. The usual leads turn up, but who wants to spend their days cracking a whip over a bunch of dispirited mine slaves for paltry wages? Not you and your mates, you were made for better things. One night, it seems your luck changes. A purple woman has been frequenting the roughest tavern in town, looking for a group of men and women who know how to use a sword. Oh, yeah. There is just one thing you ought to know about her …

Hmm. This is very tempting. I think a good adventure is definitely something Carcosa needs in order to overcome a lot of the skepticism/misunderstandings about the setting, though I do wish it'd been for lower levels.
Still very tempting nonetheless.

Still very tempting nonetheless. I pre-ordered already, and I have to disagree on the lower levels thing. The preponderance of modules coming out for the old school renaissance have been lower level, and once you get characters out of that 1-3 range, there's less content out. I'd rather see more mid-level modules like this one. I'm really interested to see how this turns out. I may keep it as something to pull out if a game needs a change of pace, or if I ever feel like running a 1-shot in Carcosa.

@james: the module comes with 10 pregen characters, so if you wanted to run it as a one-shot it would be possible.
I considered making it low level but most of BHP's current releases seem to be for beginners and, as Cadriel pointed out, many of the other OSR releases seem to be as well. I like to be different, sometimes I like it a little too much ...

Let me mention that my one published Carcosa module is for beginning D&D characters. It is found in issue #4 of Fight On! and is entitled Fungoid Gardens of the Bone Sorcerer.
A referee who wanted to judge a Carcosa D&D campaign could start the 1st-level characters in my module. There is scope therein to get to 4th level, at which time the PCs could take-on Obregon's Dishonor.
BTW, Cameron, is Obregon's Dishonor set in a particular hex on the large-scale Carcosa hex map?

BTW, Cameron, is Obregon's Dishonor set in a particular hex on the large-scale Carcosa hex map? It's situated in and around hex 0909 - near Jaftgong.

Yes. The village-town of Jaftgong is located in hex 0909, at the southern end of the Thaggasoth Peaks and southwest of the feature described in Supplement V: Carcosa one-hex map descriptions.

Thanks Atom! The polished look of this module is due, in no small part, to your fine artwork.

Oh, come on, gentlemen!
We all know it's not the author or the artist - the proof-readers are the "real heroes"! ;-)

I received my print copy of Obregon's Dishonor today. It looks very good indeed! I plan to review it sometime in May. Based on my initial impressions, Cameron DuBeers and Brave Halfling Publishing can be very proud of this module.
